Return Policy
We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: we accept exchanges/returns* within Seven (7) days of delivery (AKA the date the product is received by you) .No returns will be accepted after 7 days.
Here's the fine print. You just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Returns applicable only when the product received is damaged, defective, or the wrong items (s) is/are delivered.
Customised orders will not be accepted as returns.
Returns: Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
PICK-UPS
We will arrange a reverse pickup only once for an exchange/return for an order, depending upon the availability in your location. So it is suggested to get the package ready once the pickup is scheduled. We won’t be able to arrange a reverse pick up more than once.
In case reverse pick-up facility is not available in your area, we would request you to return the package yourself on the address mentioned below with your name and order ID mentioned on the package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the rights to accept or reject returns at our sole discretion. All disputes subject to Indore Jurisdiction only.

EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges and our policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. We won’t be able to offer a return or exchange after 7 days.

Exchanges may take up to 10-15 working days.
Note:-Â To maintain hygiene standards, boxer shorts can not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. The item should be unworn or unused, unwashed with tags and in its original packaging.
After inspection, your refund will be processed as STORE CREDITSin 48-72 hours. You will receive an email/WhatsApp once the Store Credits are processed.
Store credits are valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
ANY SHIPPING OR COD CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
