Return Policy
At Rapra Nightwear, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. With this in mind, we have created a return policy that allows you a 7-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return. However, to be eligible for the return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with tags, in addition to being in its original packaging. Additionally, you will be required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase for the item.
If you wish to initiate a return, we encourage you to contact us at info@rapranightwear.com as soon as possible. Once we have accepted your return request, you will need to send the item(s) back to us. Please note that we will not be able to accept any items sent back to us without a prior return request.
It is important to keep in mind that in order to be considered for returns or exchanges, all products must be received by us within 15 days from the date of delivery. We kindly request that you include your Name and Order ID on the return shipment to ensure that we can process your request efficiently. All refunds will be processed as per the sub-section "refund" stated below.

Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We regret to inform you that certain types of items, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items), are non-returnable. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned under any circumstances. We encourage you to reach out to us if you have any inquiries or issues regarding your specific item. Our team will be happy to assist you.
Regrettably, we will be unable to process returns for products on sale and gift cards.
Exchanges
The most efficient way to obtain the desired item is by returning the original item and making a new purchase once the return has been approved and store credit has been issued.
We request you to kindly send the package back to us. We regretfully inform you that we will not be able to assume any responsibility for the charges incurred during the reverse shipment process. We also kindly advise you that the exchange process may take up to 10-15 working days to complete.
Note 1: Customized orders will not be exchanged under any circumstances.
Note 2: Please be informed that the processing and shipping of customized orders may require up to 10 working days. We recommend that you place your order accordingly to account for this timeline.
Cancellation
Please note that cancellation of any order is only possible prior to the initiation of shipment. If you have made a prepaid order and decide to cancel it, the amount will be automatically refunded to your Store Wallet. Please be aware that once the shipment has been initiated, it will no longer be possible to cancel the order.
Note: Customized orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly inform you of the status of your refund approval. In the event that your refund is approved, it will be processed as store credits, which can be used exclusively on our website and have a validity period of 365 days.

International Shipping
Please be advised that the prices displayed do not include any taxes, duties, or other charges that may be levied by the government for the import or export of the goods. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to settle any such charges that may be incurred. Any disagreements or issues arising from unpaid duties, taxes, or other charges are to be settled by the customer.
Furthermore, please note that international shipping charges will be calculated at the time of checkout based on the destination country.
Note 1: In the event that the package is returned due to the unavailability of the consignee or any other reason, and a request is made for re-shipment of the package, please note that additional shipping charges will be applicable.
Note 2: All disputes that may arise will be exclusively governed by the jurisdiction of Indore (M.P) only.
